Hi Jonathan and Co,
A few months ago I purchased a new Meridian/Sonos system from yourselves. This was to replace an old Meridian/Linn/Arcam system which was mostly >25 years old bought from Holburn HiFi. Ian would have been a newish member of staff in those days! I was always pleased with the old equipment, but felt an upgrade was necessary.
I was met by Bryce in his enthusiastic manner and after a demo of some equipment, I settled on my new system. Despite a number of teething issues initially I am now very happy with the new set-up.
I would like to thank Bryce and Scott particularly for their professionalism and patience while I came to terms with the new equipment. They were always pleasant and courteous in all dealings despite my misgivings about having all my music PC based.
It is now a pleasure to sit back and enjoy my music again thanks to your excellent range of equipment and knowledgeable staff.

Just a quick note to thank you for all your help and advice with the AV system last spring (was it that long ago?). Everything has been up and running for a good few months now and I'm extremely happy with the system. Also, everyone who has seen it has been highly jealous, which always adds to the satisfaction!
I have plagued poor Tony of late and have received fantastic service and patience from him. It makes a real change in today’s world to deal with really knowledgeable and polite staff.
